We cannot change our Destination overnight, but we can change our direction overnight! And if we do not change direction, we may end up where we are heading!
There comes a time when every life goes off course. In this desperate moment we must choose our direction. Will we fight to stay on the path while others tell us who we are? Or will we label ourselves?
Will we be honoured by our choice?
Or will we embrace our new path?
I believe each morning we choose to move forward or to simply give up!
We have brains in our head. We have feet in our shoes. We can steer ourselves in any direction we choose. We’re on our own.
And we know what we know. We are the person who’ll decide where to go. The great thing in the world is not so much where we stand, as in what direction we are moving.

Life’s funny sometimes; can push pretty hard! Like when one of my friend fall in love with someone but he forget to love her back! Like when most of her friends left her alone when she was in need of help! Like when she lighted the flame and she couldn’t take it back.
Stepping up; it’s a simple concept. It basically means to rise above yourself; to do a little more, to show you something special. Now she’s gone! But that doesn’t mean the life is over. As a matter of fact, I say it’s just beginning.
Like I said, in sports they call this ‘stepping up’.
In life, I call it ‘Pushing back’.

As we travel through life there are always those times, when decisions just have to be made, when the choices are hard, and solutions seem scarce, and the rain seems to soak our parade. There are some situations where all we can do is simply let go and move on, gather our courage and choose a direction that carries us toward a new dawn, so we pack up our troubles and take a step forward.
The process of change can be tough, but we should think about all the excitement ahead if we can be stalwart enough! There might be adventures we never imagined just waiting around the next bend, and wishes and dreams just about to come true, in ways we can’t yet comprehend! Perhaps we’ll find friendships that spring from new things, as we challenge our status quo, and learn there are so many options in life, and so many ways we can grow! Perhaps we’ll go places we never expected, and see things that we’ve never seen, or travel to fabulous, faraway worlds and wonderful spots in between! Perhaps we’ll find warmth and affection and caring, and somebody special who’s there to help us stay centred and listen with interest to stories and feelings we share. Perhaps we’ll find comfort in knowing our friends are supportive of all that we do, and believe that whatever decisions we make; they’ll be the right choices for us. So we should keep putting one foot in front of the other, and taking your life day by day…
There’s a brighter tomorrow that’s just down the road. We shouldn’t look back! We’re not going that way!

Virtue does not come from wealth, but . . . wealth, and every other good thing which men have. . . comes from virtue.
I think courage is the most important of all the virtues, because without courage you can’t practice any other virtue consistently. You can practice any virtue erratically, but nothing consistently without courage. One isn’t necessarily born with courage, but one is born with potential. Without courage, we cannot practice any other virtue with consistency. We can’t be kind, true, merciful, generous, or honest.
Virtue and Happiness are Mother and Daughter.

Do you not know that there comes a midnight hour when every one has to throw off his mask? Do you believe that life will always let itself be mocked? Do you think you can slip away a little before midnight in order to avoid this? Or are you not terrified by it? I have seen men in real life who so long deceived others that at last their true nature could not reveal itself;… In every man there is something which to a certain degree prevents him from becoming perfectly transparent to himself; and this may be the case in so high a degree, he may be so inexplicably woven into relationships of life which extend far beyond himself that he almost cannot reveal himself.
But he who cannot reveal himself cannot love, and he who cannot love is the most unhappy man of all.
